The City of Westlake maintains a sewer distribution system that is tied into the Rocky River Treatment Plant.

Payment Options

The city has taken several steps to keep our residents and employees safe.  Please use one of the following convenient ways to pay your quarterly sewer bill:

3. Mail payment to: City of Westlake, P. O. Box 74078, Cleveland, OH 44194-4078 

4. In-person at Westlake City Hall

Rates & Fees

Westlake residents’ sewer fees are billed at a flat rate and on a cost-recovery basis. No meters are read. Your sewer bill is not based on the amount of water you use. Westlake commercial accounts are billed based on water consumption.  Billing and due dates are noted on the billing.
