Ensure you're registered and compliant with Westlake’s building standards.
Submission Guidelines
The Building Department does not accept electronic submissions.
All submittals must be mailed or delivered in person to the Building Department.
Residential submittals require:
1 completed permit application.
2 sets of detailed construction plans.
Commercial submittals require:
1 completed permit application
4 sets of detailed stamped construction plans size 36 x 24

Crocker Park Signage
For all signage in Crocker Park, please contact the Crocker Park Tenant Coordinator for all permits and approval letters. The application is a joint application requiring the signature of the development (Crocker Park) and the applicant as well as an approved letter from Crocker Park.
