Rubbish
Rubbish is collected by Rumpke Waste and Recycling. For questions or concerns, contact Rumpke at 800-828-8171. Please refer to the Recycling and Rubbish Routes to determine your collection day.
Rubbish must be bagged and placed in the provided Rumpke 96-gallon rubbish cart.
On occasion, excess rubbish can be placed in plastic trash bags only and placed next to your rubbish cart on your collection day. Personal cans cannot be used and will not be serviced. Residents who frequently place out excess rubbish bags may be required to obtain a second Rumpke rubbish cart.
Reminder: mattresses, box springs and upholstered furniture (couches, chairs, etc.) must be wrapped in plastic for health reasons. Plastic bags/wrap can be purchased at local storage facilities or hardware stores. See our Heavy & Bulky Refuse page for a photo example.
