Kids Club use is free for all current Recreation Center members for children between the ages of 12 months and 9 years old.
The Kids Club accommodates 10 children at any given time. Online reservations are REQUIRED a day in advance and may be made up to two weeks in advance. Drop-ins are available only if the maximum number of children/reservations have not been reached. Instructions are available in the Kids Club and at the Front Desk. Please contact the Recreation Center at (440) 808-5700 option “0” if you require assistance.
If you are not able to use your reservation, please cancel as soon as possible by calling the Recreation Center Front Desk. Kids Club staff members reserve the right to deny reservations after 2 or more no shows or late arrivals.
If you are late for your reservation, your reservation time will not be extended.
A maximum time limit of 2 hours per day is available for this service. One hour is encouraged for those under age 3 until they get acclimated.
At the time of a child’s first visit to the Kids Club, the parent/guardian must complete an emergency information card that will be kept on file. All Info cards must be completed in full for EACH child brought into the Kids Club.
Parent/guardian must sign in when dropping off a child in the Kids Club. The sign in sheet will require an arrival time, parent/guardian name, location of the parent/guardian in the building, and cell number.
Parents must remain inside the building (not on the grounds) and be reachable by cell phone at all times while their children are in the Kids Club.
The same parent/guardian must drop off and pick up the child unless written permission is given to the Kids Club staff in advance. When the parent/guardian signs out the child, they must note the time of departure and show identification (a driver’s license/membership card).
No food or drink, with the exception of water, is permitted in the Kids Club due to potential allergies. Children should be fed and changed prior to attending the Kids Club.
All children must wear socks and shoes according to the Health Department.
The Kids Club staff will not be responsible for changing diapers/pull ups or assisting with bathroom needs other than snaps or buttons. Parents will be called if needed and are expected to return to the Kids Club immediately.
Staff members will call a parent/guardian if a child becomes ill or if a child cannot be quieted within a reasonable amount of time or appears to be distressed.
The Kids Club staff is not responsible for personal belongings brought into or left in the Kids Club. Please have any personal items labeled and leave any personal toys at home.
Responsible use of equipment and supplies is expected of all participants. Parent/guardian will be consulted regarding disciplinary situations, incidents and accidents.
Sick children will not be permitted. Children with a fever, runny nose, diarrhea, vomiting, signs of colds or viruses, communicable skin rashes, etc. will be denied entry. Kids Club staff have the right to refuse any children exhibiting symptoms.
Our staff is not permitted to administer medications of any kind.
In the event of an emergency or accident that requires emergency services, 911 will be called and the parent/guardian will be located or contacted.

All patrons are subject to our Zero Tolerance Code of Conduct and Disciplinary Policies.
We reserve the right to restrict or suspend a members’ usage of this service for failure to comply with these policies.
