Welcome to the Indoor Aquatic Center at the Westlake Rec! We have something for everyone, whether your an avid lap swimmer or just looking to have fun with the family. We offer the following amenities:

Lap Pool: Our lap pool is 25 yards and has 6 lanes. Shallow end is 4 feet deep and the starting block end is 6 feet deep. Water temperature is set to 81.8 degrees.

Circle and Dive Pool: Circle and dive pools share the same body of water. Circle pool is 3.5 feet deep and has a seating bench with jets. Diving well is 40 feet by 40 feet and 12 feet deep. It has a 1 meter springboard diving board and a 1 meter platform. Swim test is required to use the diving board and platform as well as to swim in the diving well area. Water temperature is set to 86.8 degrees.

Lazy River, Slides and Lilly Pads: Lazy river is about 100 feet long and is 3.5 feet deep. It has an average of 5 mile per hour current. 2 water (15 ft and 30 ft tall) slides exit to the lazy river. Lilly Pads are part of the lazy river. Patrons must be 48 inches tall to use the lazy river, lily pads and the slides regardless of age and swim skills. Water temperature is set to 86.8 degrees.

Tot Pool: Tot pool has a zero-depth entrance and it is 18 inches deep. Tiki structure, palm tree, boat slide, baby slide and spray features are included in the tot pool. Features can be turned on per request outside of the class and lesson times. Water temperature is set to 85 degrees.  

The Westlake Recreation Center has both a Men's and Women's Locker Room as well as a Family Locker Room. The Men's and Women's Locker Room are equipped with lockers (must provide own lock), showers, and a sauna. The Family Locker Room has an open locker area with individual changing rooms and restrooms.
