[ARCHIVED] Brush collection delayed due to widespread tree damage

Widespread storm-related tree damage has caused delays to regular brush collections in the City of Westlake. Brush crews will be out on Saturday to continue collection. Please be certain that brush is properly prepared for collection. This helps to ensure that residents may be served as rapidly as possible. Brush collection regulations may be found here:

Additionally, the City of Westlake Service Department has multiple crews working to clear large limbs and trees that have fallen from the City’s right-of-way in the tree lawns of many streets.  The damage was extensive and widespread and will take some time to completely remove. Your patience is appreciated.
