GUIDELINES: Your display must be family-friendly and reflect the true meaning of the season.
TO ENTER: Registration is not required. Just email us a photo (digital photos ONLY) to recinfo@cityofwestlake.org. Please include your name and street address with your photo submission. Deadline for submissions is February 15, 2019.
