Specialized Construction is beginning the first of two phases for the Dover Center Road resurfacing project. Drivers should reference the planned detours for each phase shown below. Phase 1 will cover from Lorain Road north to Detroit Road. Phase 2 will cover from Detroit Road to the railroad tracks. All traffic will be maintained in a southbound direction and northbound traffic will be detoured throughout the project.
