The Westlake Recreation Center offers several meeting rooms for rent to individuals, companies, and organizations for not-for-profit activities. Examples include birthday, anniversary and retirement parties, wedding or baby showers, community meetings, team-building exercises and events, corporate board retreat, department planning sessions, etc. Depending on the nature of your event, other parts of our facility could be included in your rental package. Classroom
Located on the 2nd floor of the Recreation Center, this room can accommodate 25 - 30 people in a classroom style setting with comfortable ergonomic furniture.
Conference Room
The conference room features a beautiful oak finish table surrounded by 12 executive style chairs. A dry erase board and projection screen are mounted on the wall for your convenience.
Community Room
The community room features floor length windows overlooking the center's 5-acre lake includes tables, chairs, a sound system, podium and a movie screen. Warming kitchen and projector is also available for an additional fee.
The room can accommodate up to 200 people in a theater-style setting, or 150 seated for lunch/dinner meetings or divided in half for smaller functions. All room rentals have wireless internet access.
Notes
Security deposit and rental fee is due when you book the room.
The deposit will be refunded one month after your function provided no damages were incurred.
Weekend rates are defined as beginning Friday evenings at 5 p.m. and extend through Sunday at 6 p.m.
