Voting in the 2022 General Election

Voters who wish to learn about the issues and candidates who will be on the ballot for the Nov. 8, 2022, General Election may visit: www.443vote.us. This website also contains information about Vote-by-Mail procedures and customer service phone lines for support. 

On Election Day the polls are open from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.  To confirm your voting location visit  www.443vote.us or reference this voting location flyer distributed by the Board of Elections.  Voters are reminded to bring identification.

Vote on Election Day

Bring identification:  A valid, state issued photo identification card or driver’s license, military identification. A copy of a current utility bill, bank statement, government check, paycheck, or other government document that shows your name and current address. A ward map of the City of Westlake is available on the website for the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections, which can also be seen on this webpage below.

Eligibility


You are qualified to vote if:

  • You are a citizen of the United States
  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have been a resident of Cuyahoga County for 30 days prior to voting
  • You are currently registered to vote

You must register or update your registration information if:

  • You have not registered before
  • You are a new resident of Westlake
  • You have not voted in the last 4 calendar years
  • You have made changes in your voter registration information such as a name or address change
