WALK WITH US 

We will continue walking through the year—weather permitting. In inclement weather, please feel free to stroll our indoor circle to get your steps in. ALL activity levels are welcome! Come strengthen your body and mind! 

Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9:00am. Join us in the lobby to start your day with health! 


EXERCISE & STRENGTH TRAINING WITH KELLY 

Join Kelly Rigo, NCSF-CPT & ACE-GFI, as she takes you through a variety of workouts each week. We will be rotating free weights, bands, balance exercise and light cardio throughout the six weeks. This will utilize a variety of muscle groups. The class will be designed to accommodate different needs and goals. Personalized instruction will ensure proper form and technique. This 6-week session is limited to 9 participants (there is a minimum of 5 required for class to go forward) and a GREAT opportunity to get fit! Please bring a light pair of dumbbells if you have them. 

Mondays, 8:30-9:15am. Series dates: 9/18-10/30 & 11/6-12/11. Cost: $36/six weeks; payable prior to class session start date. Series will begin again in January 2024. 


EQUIPPED FITNESS ROOM 

Outfitted with Keiser strength equipment with pneumatic resistance technology and four cardio machines. Cardio includes two NuStep recumbent steppers and two Keiser total body trainers—one wheel chair accessible. Staffed by Recreation Department Fitness Personnel and available to patrons 50+ years of age. Silver Sneakers/Renew Active may be used. 

Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm. Membership: $50/yr. for current Rec members; $75/yr. for residents; $100/yr. for non-residents. (Not 11/24-25 and 12/25)
